Lēʻahi Landscaping ("we" or "us") is operated by Auctus LLC, doing business as Lēʻahi Landscaping, based in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. This policy explains what information we collect through www.leahilandscaping.com and in the course of our business, and how we use it.
Information we collect. When you fill out a contact or quote request form, email us, or call us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, the services you are interested in, whether the work is residential or commercial, and your message. Our website is hosted by Wix, which uses cookies and similar technology to keep the site working and to measure visits, such as pages viewed, browser type, and approximate location.
How we use information. To respond to your inquiry, prepare estimates, and provide our services; to schedule work, send invoices, and keep business records; and to improve our website and services. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
How we share information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as scheduling, invoicing, email, and website hosting, and only as needed for that purpose. We may also share information when required by law.
Claude Gmail Connector and Google user data. The Claude Gmail Connector is an internal tool used only by Lēʻahi Landscaping staff to access the company's own Google accounts. It is not offered to the public. It accesses Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Contacts, and Tasks data only in those company accounts, to help staff search, read, and draft messages and documents. Google user data is sent to the AI assistant our staff use (Claude, by Anthropic) only to carry out a staff member's request. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else except as needed to provide these features, to comply with the law, or with the account owner's consent. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models. Sign-in credentials for the tool are stored on a company computer in the operating system's secure keychain. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep information. We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and for our business, tax, and legal records.
Your choices. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing info@leahilandscaping.com.
Children. Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
